We're based in Cambridge, ON. You can pick up your flowers for free here, or we can deliver to the GTA for a fee, which depends on your location and distance.
We usually buy florals in bulk, so it's hard to offer affordable pricing for smaller orders. However, if you're flexible with the colors and flowers we have available at that time, we can provide more affordable options.
Florals tend to be more expensive around Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day.
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours in advance and get a refund on your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations after the 48-hour mark aren't accepted and the deposit will be forfeited since we've already placed an order for the flowers.
Sometimes certain colors might be unavailable, which is out of our control. Please have a backup color in mind, and we'll do our best to find the next closest match.
Yes, adding colors, extra flowers, beads, etc., will increase the cost of your order.

Florals need to stay damp and refrigerated after they're cut off from their water supply to ensure they stay as fresh as possible.
