We're based in Cambridge, ON. You can pick up your flowers for free here, or we can deliver to the GTA for a fee, which depends on your location and distance.
We usually buy florals in bulk, so it's hard to offer affordable pricing for smaller orders. However, if you're flexible with the colors and flowers we have available at that time, we can provide more affordable options.
Florals tend to be more expensive around Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day.
You can cancel your order up to 4 weeks before your event and receive a full refund on your deposit. Cancellations after the 4-week mark will result in forfeiture of the deposit since we've already placed orders for your flowers. If anything changes with your plans, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best solution.
Sometimes certain colors might be unavailable, which is out of our control. Please have a backup color in mind, and we'll do our best to find the next closest match.
Yes, adding colors, extra flowers, beads, etc., will increase the cost of your order.
